Working with Barony Homes, J&W Architects were responsible for the residential conversion of a Category B listed former Glasgow school into 33No. luxury apartments, with two additional storeys to create exclusive penthouse apartments and stunning views of the City.
As the former school had been vacant for a significant period of time, there had been extensive vandalism and loss of original features, however, the floor to ceiling height of the existing building enabled the construction of mezzanine levels to produce double storey height living and kitchen spaces overlooked by bedrooms.
