J&W were appointed to deliver an existing design through the Building Control and construction process, working carefully with the Kirk Session. Part of the success of the team dynamics was through our experience of working within and alongside community groups where we fully understood the history behind such projects and the volunteer hours it took to get to this stage.
The design was complicated by the requirement to build above an existing graveyard and not to disturb the graves beneath, however, the most challenging of briefs alwayd bring about the best design solution.
