Callander
Our first new build venture into the National Park with a specific brief to have a contemporary and flexible design solution to allow our clients to retire in the beauty of the park surroundings. With flooding issues and the building acting as a gateway into Callander, the design was subject to great scrutiny from many different sources, however, was granted Planning Approval in March 2019.
This was also our first venture into “ICF” construction – Insulated Concrete Formwork and proved an interesting learning curve for a construction system that we saw the benefits of from the outset with regards to this design.
